Being close to the Sahara Desert means we regularly get Saharan dust in rain. Interestingly it's this same dust that keeps the Amazon alive. In 2022 there was a record-breaking event where our sky turned orange, this was repeated then once again in March of 2024, when it was collected in this piece.
